Trade accounts

Trade accounts are available to qualifying businesses subject to approval. Pak National reserves the right to approve, reject or request further information for any application. Trade pricing, credit limits and payment terms are assigned at our discretion.

Orders & pricing

All prices are calculated server-side based on your trade account and applicable promotions. Prices are confirmed at the point of order submission. Pak National is not bound by prices displayed in error.

Payment terms

Approved credit accounts are invoiced according to assigned payment terms (e.g. Net 30). Overdue balances may affect the ability to place further orders. Online payment, where available, is processed at checkout.

Delivery

Delivery is subject to area coverage, stock availability and order cut-off times. Delivery charges and free-delivery thresholds are confirmed at checkout. See our delivery information page for details.

Returns

Shortages, damages or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Returns are handled in accordance with your account terms.

Account access

Account owners are responsible for users they invite and the actions performed under their company account. Access to orders, invoices and statements is restricted to authorised users of the relevant company.

These terms are provided as a template for production deployment and should be reviewed by Pak National before launch.
